This annual Christmas event is held at Hunter Valley Gardens in Pokolbin, which is about an hour's drive from Sydney's Western Suburbs. This spectacular family-friendly event features over six million lights, stunning Christmas-themed light displays, a mechanical Christmas wonderland, and an outdoor ice-skating rink. 3. New Year's Eve spectacular:
